The invention provides a hydrogen energy automobile heat pump system based on heat management and a hydrogen energy automobile. A motor circulating system communicates with a first heat exchanger to form a motor cooling loop; the fuel cell circulating system is communicated with the second heat exchanger to form a fuel cell cooling circuit; the high-voltage battery pack circulating system is communicated with the third heat exchanger to form a high-voltage battery pack circulating loop; the first heat exchanger and the third heat exchanger are connected in parallel and then are communicated with the second heat exchanger, the compressor and the built-in condenser to form a refrigerant circulation loop; and the warm air heating system is communicated with the second heat exchanger, the PTC heater and the built-in condenser to form a warm air heating loop. By utilizing the first heat exchanger, the second heat exchanger, the third heat exchanger and the built-in condenser, the heat pump system can work normally at a low temperature, the heating requirement of a passenger compartment and the heating requirement of a high-voltage battery pack are met, meanwhile, waste heat generated by a fuel cell system and a motor system is effectively utilized, the use frequency and energy consumption of PTC are reduced, and the service life of the heat pump system is prolonged. And the endurance mileage of the whole vehicle is increased.

    本发明提供一种基于热管理的氢能汽车热泵系统和氢能汽车,电机循环系统与第一换热器连通形成电机冷却回路;燃料电池循环系统与第二换热器连通形成燃料电池冷却电路;高压电池包循环系统与第三换热器连通形成高压电池包循环回路;第一换热器与第三换热器并联后,与第二换热器、压缩机、内置冷凝器连通形成冷媒循环回路;暖风制热系统与第二换热器、PTC加热器、内置冷凝器连通形成暖风制热回路。通过利用第一换热器、第二换热器、第三换热器和内置冷凝器,可确保热泵系统在较低温度下也能正常工作,满足乘员舱采暖需求和高压电池包加热需求,同时有效利用燃料电池系统和电机系统产生的废热,有利于降低PTC使用频率及能耗,增加整车的续航里程。
