And the heating electronic expansion valve is arranged between the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger in the heating circulation loop.     本发明提供了一种无PTC加热器的氢能汽车不结霜热泵系统及热管理方法,包括电池包热管理循环系统,包括依次首尾流体连接而构成电池包热管理循环回路的电池包、蒸发器和冷凝器等,电池包并联设有旁通管路;乘员舱热管理循环系统,包括制热循环回路和制冷循环回路的压缩机、室外换热器、室内换热器、电子膨胀阀等,电子膨胀阀设于制冷循环回路中的室外换热器和室内换热器之间,制热电子膨胀阀设于制热循环回路中的室内换热器和室外换热器之间。本发明通过循环介质将压缩机高速运转热量作为低温工况下热泵主要热源,在不增加PTC等情况下,解决了热泵结霜问题,并集成了电池包和乘员舱的热管理系统,使热泵系统更加高效节能经济。
