The invention discloses an aircraft control surface state real-time sensing method and system. The system comprises an embedded pressure sensor, an embedded processor, a signal transmission module and an angle comparison module. The embedded pressure sensors are made of silicon wafers and are arranged at specific positions on the front edge, the upper surface and the lower surface of the aircraft control surface to monitor pressure signals on the surface of the control surface in real time. And according to the surface dynamic pressure information, the real airflow angle and the surface flow condition of the control surface are solved and are compared with a control surface control instruction input by a flight control system, and whether the angle of the control surface reaches a specified position and whether flow separation occurs on the control surface are judged. According to the embedded pressure measurement aircraft control surface state real-time sensing system and method, a beneficial monitoring means and a feedback method are provided for control surface control and flow control in the flight process of an aircraft, and aircraft safety accidents caused by control surface jamming or failure are avoided.

    本发明公开一种飞行器舵面状态实时感知方法及系统,系统包括内嵌式压力传感器、内嵌式处理器、信号传输模块、角度比较模块。内嵌式压力传感器采用硅片,通过布置在飞行器舵面前缘及上下表面的特定位置,对舵面表面的压力信号进行实时监控。并且根据这些表面动态压力信息求解舵面的真实气流角度和表面流动情况,并与飞控系统输入的舵面控制指令进行比对,判断舵面角度是否到达指定位置以及舵面是否发生流动分离。本发明所提出的一种内嵌式压力测量的飞行器舵面状态实时感知系统及方法,对飞行器飞行过程中的舵面操控和流动控制提供了有益的监测手段和反馈方法,避免由于舵面卡死或失效所造成的飞行器安全事故。
