The invention discloses a vertical shaft lifting system and an operation method thereof, and belongs to the field of ore removal system.The vertical shaft lifting system is provided with a vertical shaft communicating an upper mining area and a lower mining area, a rigid cage guide is assembled at the communicating position of the vertical shaft and the upper mining area, a detector is assembled below the rigid cage guide, and a new acceleration and deceleration control and judgment method is combined; the system can be parked more accurately and stably in an upper mining area, meanwhile, the situation that the system is pulled to shake during ore unloading is avoided, the ore removal efficiency is better improved through a secondary acceleration mode on the basis of safe operation, and on the basis that an encoder is arranged for skip bucket lifting calculation, the detector below the rigid cage guide is combined, so that the mine unloading efficiency is improved. According to the method, the deviation of the calculated numerical value of the encoder can be corrected when the skip runs each time, the secondary acceleration condition can be canceled when the error is large, the running safety of the system is ensured, meanwhile, whether the encoder is disordered or not can be judged by combining the lifting calculation of continuous crawling after correction, faults such as disorder of the encoder can be conveniently found in time, and the lifting safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种竖井提升系统及其运行方法,属于出矿系统领域,通过设有连通上下采矿区的竖井,并在竖井与上采矿区相通处装配有刚性罐道,并在刚性罐道下方装配有探测器,结合新的加减速控制和判定方法,使本系统能够在上采矿区更精准稳定的停车,同时卸矿时不会受拉动出现晃动的情况,并在安全运行的基础上通过二次加速的方式更好的提高出矿效率,通过设有编码器进行箕斗升降计算的基础上,结合刚性罐道下方的探测器,可在箕斗每次运行时进行编码器计算数值偏差的校正,并在误差大时可取消二次加速情况,保证系统运行安全,同时还可结合校正后继续爬行的提升计算来判定编码器是否混乱,便于及时发现编码器出现错乱等故障,保证提升的安全性。
