The invention relates to a vibration isolation experiment module for an electromagnetic ejection type microgravity experiment device and an experiment method thereof.The vibration isolation experiment module for the electromagnetic ejection type microgravity experiment device comprises a double-end pull rod, a sealed inner module, a vacuum outer module, an upper flow guide cover and a lower flow guide cover, and the upper flow guide cover and the lower flow guide cover are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the vacuum outer module respectively; the double-end pull rod is vertically arranged, the two ends of the double-end pull rod are hinged to the lower end of the operation traction beam and the top of the vacuum outer cabin correspondingly, the outer side wall of the top of the sealing inner cabin is connected with the inner side wall of the top of the vacuum outer cabin through a flexible traction rope, and an automatic release mechanism is arranged at the upper end or the lower end of the flexible traction rope. The upper end of the flexible traction rope is connected with the inner side wall of the top of the vacuum outer cabin through an automatic release mechanism, or the lower end of the flexible traction rope is connected with the outer side wall of the top of the sealed inner cabin through the automatic release mechanism. According to the vibration isolation experiment cabin, various vibration isolation structures are adopted, the omnibearing vibration isolation effect can be achieved, and the accuracy of experiment data is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及电磁弹射式微重力实验装置用隔振实验舱及其实验方法,电磁弹射式微重力实验装置用隔振实验舱包括双头拉杆、密封内舱、真空外舱、上导流罩和下导流罩,真空外舱的上端和下端分别设有上导流罩和下导流罩;双头拉杆竖直布置且两端分别与运行牵引梁的下端和真空外舱的顶部铰接,密封内舱的顶部外侧壁通过柔性牵引绳与真空外舱的顶部内侧壁连接,柔性牵引绳的上端或下端设有自动释放机构,柔性牵引绳的上端通过自动释放机构与真空外舱的顶部内侧壁连接或柔性牵引绳的下端通过自动释放机构与密封内舱的顶部外侧壁连接。本发明的隔振实验舱采用多种隔振结构,能够实现全方位隔振效果,保证实验数据的精确性。
