An upper limiting mechanism and a lower limiting mechanism are arranged on the inner side of the upper end and the inner side of the lower end of the mover frame respectively and abut against the top and the bottom of the vacuum experiment module respectively. The driving mechanism and the guide rail are physically and spatially isolated, and the driving mechanism and the vacuum experiment module are physically and spatially isolated, so that the vibration conduction of the driving mechanism during operation can be greatly reduced.
