The invention relates to a vibration isolation type electromagnetic ejection type microgravity experiment device and an experiment method thereof.The vibration isolation type electromagnetic ejection type microgravity experiment device comprises a driving mechanism, a mover frame, a vacuum experiment cabin and a guide rail, the driving mechanism is vertically installed on a first ground mechanism, and the guide rail is vertically installed on a second ground mechanism; the first ground mechanism and the second ground mechanism are independently arranged in a spaced mode, the driving mechanism and the guide rail are independently arranged in a spaced mode, the mover frame is installed at the driving end of the driving mechanism, and the vacuum experiment module is connected with the guide rail through the guide mechanism and located in the mover frame. An upper limiting mechanism and a lower limiting mechanism are arranged on the inner side of the upper end and the inner side of the lower end of the mover frame respectively and abut against the top and the bottom of the vacuum experiment module respectively. The driving mechanism and the guide rail are physically and spatially isolated, and the driving mechanism and the vacuum experiment module are physically and spatially isolated, so that the vibration conduction of the driving mechanism during operation can be greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种隔振式电磁弹射式微重力实验装置及其实验方法,隔振式电磁弹射式微重力实验装置包括驱动机构、动子框体、真空实验舱和导轨,驱动机构竖直安装在第一地面机构上,导轨竖直安装在第二地面机构上,第一地面机构与第二地面机构之间间隔独立布置,驱动机构与导轨间隔独立布置,动子框体安装在驱动机构驱动端,真空实验舱通过导向机构与导轨连接,真空实验舱位于动子框体内,动子框体上端内侧和下端内侧分别设有上限位机构和下限位机构,上限位机构和下限位机构分别与真空实验舱顶部和底部抵接。通过将驱动机构与导轨之间进行物理形式空间隔离,并将驱动机构与真空实验舱进行物理形式空间隔离,能大幅度削减驱动机构在运行时的振动传导。
