The invention provides an outboard engine gear accelerator control device and a working method thereof. The device comprises a motor component set, a supporting component and a control box, the motor component set and the control box are installed on the supporting component, the supporting component is installed on a ship body, and the motor component set is connected with the control box; a shift gear of the outboard engine and the air door are connected with the control box through a flexible stay wire; the control box comprises a driving wheel, a driving wheel input transmission shaft, a gear driven mechanism, an accelerator driven mechanism and a control box shell, the control box shell is installed on the supporting component, the driving wheel is assembled on the control box shell, and the two ends of the driving wheel input transmission shaft are connected with the driving wheel and the motor component set respectively. The driving wheel is connected with a gear driven mechanism and an accelerator driven mechanism, and the gear driven mechanism and the accelerator driven mechanism are connected with a gear gear and an air door through a gear stay wire and an accelerator stay wire respectively. Gear engaging and oil adjusting of the outboard engine can be independently achieved at the same time, and interlocking of gears and an accelerator can be achieved without additional parts.

    本发明提供一种舷外机档位油门控制装置及其工作方法。装置包括电机部件组、支撑部件和控制盒,电机部件组和控制盒安装在支撑部件上,支撑部件安装在船体上,电机部件组与控制盒相连;舷外机的档位齿轮和风门通过柔性拉线与控制盒相连;控制盒包括主动轮、主动轮输入传动轴、档位从动机构、油门从动机构和控制盒壳体,控制盒壳体安装在支撑部件上,主动轮装配在控制盒壳体上,主动轮输入传动轴的两端分别与主动轮和电机部件组相连,主动轮与档位从动机构和油门从动机构相连,档位从动机构和油门从动机构分别通过档位拉线和油门拉线与档位齿轮和风门连接。本发明单独即可同时实现舷外机的挂挡和调油,不需额外部件即可实现档位和油门的互锁。
