During underwater operation, the underwater robot is not prone to collision in the moving process through cooperation of the underwater laser sensing radar and the depth camera, and when the mechanical arm body is affected by water flow, water can be pumped into the water storage tank through the submersible pump by opening the waterproof electromagnetic valve, so that the underwater robot is protected; after pumping, the water storage tank in which water is stored can be moved through the underwater electric guide rail I and the underwater electric guide rail II, and the water storage tank can be moved to a proper position so as to change the gravity center.
