The invention belongs to the field of mechanical engineering, and in particular relates to an ocean wave driving automatic lifting underwater mechanical carrier. A cross shaft, a locking rotating plate, a nut, a screw rod, a spring and a locking claw form each rope locking device; threaded holes are formed in front and back plates of a machine body, the rope locking device and the machine body are in threaded connection by virtue of the screw rod and the threaded holes, and rubber rings are arranged between the nut and the screw rod of the rope locking device and the machine body; the pair of rope locking devices is symmetrically distributed in the machine body, and a one-way locking rope runs through the two symmetrical locking claws; an ejector rod device is arranged at each of the upper end and the lower end of the one-way locking rope, the top end of the one-way locking rope is fixedly connected with a buoy, and a falling object is arranged at the bottom end of the one-way locking rope; and a mounting rack is arranged at the two sides of the machine body, and a protective cover is arranged outside the mounting rack and is connected with the machine body by virtue of a hinge component. With the ocean wave driving automatic lifting underwater mechanical carrier provided by the invention, the continuous working period of the carrier is prolonged, so that more needed data can be acquired; no energy source needs to be carried, ocean resources are effectively utilized, the consumption of other resources is saved, and pollution is avoided; and the equipment cost is reduced, and the structure is simple to facilitate maintenance.
