The method is applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal of a vehicle, the vehicle comprises an engine and a driving motor, and the method comprises the steps that under the condition that a zero hundred acceleration function is started, the current maximum discharge power of a power battery of the vehicle and the rated power of the driving motor are obtained; under the condition that the difference value between the current maximum discharge power and the rated power is larger than or equal to a preset power threshold value, the vehicle is controlled to enter a parallel driving mode; and in the parallel driving mode, an engine and a driving motor of the vehicle are both in a driving state. The method and the device are used for realizing zero hundred acceleration of the hybrid vehicle in a short time.
