A controller support is provided with an accelerator cable wheel which is used for being connected with an accelerator cable so as to output an accelerator control signal through forward rotation, and the periphery of the accelerator cable wheel is coaxially sleeved with a brake cable wheel which is used for being connected with a brake cable so as to output a brake control signal through reverse rotation. A guide groove extending in the radial direction of the accelerator cable wheel is formed in the accelerator cable wheel, a friction disc is assembled in the guide groove in a guiding and moving mode, a friction disc reset spring is arranged between the friction disc and the accelerator cable wheel, and the friction disc is provided with a first station with the outer periphery separated from the inner periphery of the accelerator cable wheel under the action of the friction disc reset spring. The friction disc is further provided with a second station which moves outwards under the centrifugal effect when the accelerator pedal is mistakenly stepped so that the periphery of the friction disc can make contact with the inner periphery of the accelerator cable wheel. According to the brake controller, when a driver mistakenly operates the accelerator pedal, the misoperation behavior can be rapidly recognized, and the situation that a brake program is mistakenly started when the accelerator pedal is normally treaded can be avoided.

    本发明涉及一种刹车控制器,控制器支架上设置有用于与油门拉线相连以通过正转向外输出油门控制信号的油门线轮,油门线轮外周同轴线套连有用于与刹车拉线相连以通过反转向外输出刹车控制信号的刹车线轮,油门线轮上设置有沿油门线轮径向延伸的导向槽,导向槽中导向移动装配有摩擦盘,摩擦盘与油门线轮之间设置有摩擦盘复位弹簧,摩擦盘具有在摩擦盘复位弹簧作用下外周与油门线轮内周脱离的第一工位,摩擦盘还具有当油门踏板误踩时受离心作用向外移动而使得摩擦盘外周与油门线轮内周接触的第二工位。本发明提供了一种当驾驶人员误操作油门踏板时,可以快速识别误操作行为,并能够避免油门踏板正常踩踏时误启动刹车程序的刹车控制器。
