The invention belongs to the technical field of plate lifting, and particularly relates to an electric permanent magnet plate lifting anti-falling device and method. The device comprises a main beam, a plurality of magnetic attraction units and at least two anti-falling units, the multiple magnetic attraction units are sequentially fixed to the main beam at intervals in the length direction of the main beam, and the multiple magnetic attraction units are used for attracting and fixing a metal plate; the anti-falling unit comprises a telescopic cross beam module and a holding claw mechanism, the telescopic cross beam module is fixed to the main beam, and the telescopic cross beam module can stretch out and draw back along the two transverse sides; the two ends of the telescopic cross beam module are connected with the two holding claw mechanisms correspondingly, and the holding claw mechanisms have lifting and rotating freedom degrees and are used for holding the metal plates on the two sides of the hoisted metal plates in the width direction for protection. The method is safe and reliable, the production cost is reduced, and the risks of ship hitting and people hurting due to steel slippage after hoisting are eliminated; operation can be achieved in a cargo hold side wall limited operation space.

    本发明属于板材吊运技术领域,特别涉及一种电永磁吊运板材防脱装置及方法。该装置包括主梁、多个磁吸单元及至少两个防坠落单元,其中多个磁吸单元沿主梁的长度方向依次间隔固定在主梁上,多个磁吸单元用于对金属板材吸附固定;防坠落单元包括伸缩横梁模组和抱爪机构,其中伸缩横梁模组固定在主梁上,且伸缩横梁模组能够沿横向两侧伸缩;伸缩横梁模组的两端分别与两个抱爪机构连接,抱爪机构具有升降及旋转的自由度,抱爪机构用于在被吊装的金属板材的宽度方向两侧抱住金属板材进行防护。本发明安全可靠,降低生产成本,消除起吊后钢材滑脱打船、伤人风险;在货舱侧围受限作业空间能够实现作业。
