The invention discloses an anti-falling lifting device. The anti-falling lifting device comprises a frame, a lifting platform, a toothed belt driving mechanism and an anti-falling mechanism. The lifting platform is hooked on a toothed belt of the toothed belt driving mechanism to achieve lifting. The anti-falling mechanism comprises a toothed belt breakage detecting mechanism and a pneumatic locking mechanism. The toothed belt breakage detecting mechanism is used for detecting whether the toothed belt of the toothed belt driving mechanism breaks or not and comprises an electronic switch device, a linkage lever, a spring and a stop rod. After the spring is extended, the stop rod is clamped on the toothed belt and is connected with the electronic switch device via the linkage lever. The pneumatic locking mechanism comprises a clamping stand, an air cylinder and a clamping block. Clamping bosses are arranged on the clamping stand. The air cylinder is connected with the clamping block and is connected with the electronic switch device electrically. When the toothed belt breaks, the spring shrinks to drive the electronic switch device via the linkage lever to drive the air cylinder to enable the clamping block to be clamped on one of the clamping bosses of the clamping stand, so that the lifting platform is clamped on the clamping stand via the clamping block, and falling is further avoided.
