The engineering machinery vehicle-mounted integrated heat preservation system comprises an ECU controller, an air conditioning system and a vehicle-mounted heat preservation system, the ECU controller is in signal connection with the air conditioning system and the vehicle-mounted heat preservation system, the air conditioning system is connected with the vehicle-mounted heat preservation system, and the vehicle-mounted heat preservation system is connected with the vehicle-mounted heat preservation system. The air conditioning system comprises an air conditioning compressor, a refrigerant treatment device and an air conditioning evaporator which are connected in sequence, the vehicle-mounted heat preservation system comprises an electric compressor, a refrigerant treatment device, a heat preservation system evaporator and a heat preservation box which are connected in sequence, the vehicle-mounted heat preservation system and the air conditioning system share the same refrigerant treatment device, and the air conditioning compressor and the electric compressor are connected in parallel. The air conditioner evaporator and the heat preservation system evaporator are connected in parallel, a connecting air duct is arranged between the air conditioner evaporator and the heat preservation box, and the ECU controller controls opening and closing of the connecting air duct. By integrating the air conditioner compressor and the electric compressor, the operation efficiency, economy and system reliability are improved, the occupied area of the vehicle-mounted heat preservation system is reduced, and the heat preservation effect is improved.

    本发明公开一种工程机械车载集成保温系统及其控制方法,包括ECU控制器、空调系统、车载保温系统,ECU控制器分别与空调系统和车载保温系统信号连接,空调系统与车载保温系统连接,空调系统包括依次连接的空调压缩机、制冷剂处理装置、空调蒸发器,车载保温系统包括依次连接的电动压缩机、制冷剂处理装置、保温系统蒸发器、保温箱,车载保温系统和空调系统共用相同的制冷剂处理装置,空调压缩机和电动压缩机并联,空调蒸发器和保温系统蒸发器并联,空调蒸发器与保温箱之间设有连接风道,ECU控制器控制连接风道的开闭。通过集成空调压缩机和电动压缩机,提高运行效率、经济型、系统的可靠性,减小车载保温系统的占用面积,提高保温效果。
