The invention discloses a charging system, a control method thereof and an engineering machinery vehicle. The charging system comprises a first battery, a second battery and a control module, the first battery is used for providing power for the engineering machinery vehicle; the second battery is used for supplying power to the control module; the control method of the charging system comprises the steps that when a charging instruction of a first battery is detected through a control module, the current temperature value of the first battery and the current voltage value of a second battery are obtained; under the condition that the current temperature value of the first battery is lower than the set temperature threshold value and the current voltage value of the second battery is lower than the set voltage threshold value, the control module firstly controls the second battery to be charged to the set voltage threshold value and then controls the first battery to be heated to the set temperature threshold value. According to the technical scheme, the problem that when the first battery in the charging system needs to be charged in a low-temperature environment, the electric quantity of the second battery is insufficient, and the heating and charging process of the first battery is affected is solved.

    本发明公开了一种充电系统及其控制方法和工程机械车辆。充电系统包括:第一电池、第二电池和控制模块;第一电池用于为工程机械车辆提供动力,第二电池用于为控制模块供电;充电系统的控制方法包括:通过控制模块在检测到第一电池的充电指令时,获取第一电池当前的温度值和第二电池当前的电压值;通过控制模块在第一电池当前的温度值低于设定温度阈值且第二电池当前的电压值低于设定电压阈值的情况下,先控制第二电池充电至设定电压阈值,再控制第一电池加热至设定温度阈值。本发明的技术方案,有助于避免在低温环境下需要对充电系统中的第一电池进行充电时,第二电池出现电量不足的问题而影响第一电池的加热及充电过程。
