And the outer surface of the adapter shaft is rotationally connected with a rotor mounting seat. Compared with an existing device in which the rotor journal and the rotor mounting seat are directly assembled through cylindrical surface fit, the detection device has no risk of scratching the journal due to the fact that the adapter shaft is used as a middle buffer. In addition, the device is convenient to install and use. The invention further provides an aero-engine assembly quality detection method. The method comprises the following steps that the adapter shaft is connected to the shaft neck of the aero-engine rotor; the aero-engine rotor with the adapter shaft is mounted on the rotor mounting seat, and the aero-engine stator is mounted on the stator mounting seat; and installing the measuring tool, and measuring the aero-engine through the measuring tool.
