The construction device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can be suitable for underwater burying of various underwater equipment by independently replacing the mechanical arm, the pump machine and the ground breaking and dredging mechanism, and can remarkably improve the installation and construction efficiency and precision of the underwater equipment and the safety of underwater operation construction.
本发明公开了一种适用于水下设备水底埋设的施工装置及施工方法,施工装置由通过法兰连接的上部筒形机架和下部筒形机架组成,上部筒形机架内部安装有操作机械手,下部筒形机架内侧下部通过承托板安装有破土清淤机构,通过利用破土装置喷射出高压水流,将水底泥沙冲刷出埋设坑,利用清淤装置将泥水混合物抽走,通过夹持油缸控制机械臂实现对水下设备的抓取,通过埋设油缸将水下设备从筒体内部插入到埋设坑中。本发明施工装置结构简单、操作便捷,并可通过单独更换机械手、泵机、破土清淤机构,以适用于各种水下设备的水底埋设,可显著提高水下设备安装及施工效率、精度以及水下作业施工的安全性。
