The invention discloses an indirect tire pressure monitoring and calibration method. The method comprises the following steps: reading vehicle configuration parameters by using a tire pressure monitoring system, acquiring real-time data when a tire is inflated, entering a calibration mode, calculating a correlation coefficient, selecting reference tire pressure, converting the reference tire pressure into warning tire pressure, and then exiting calibration and storing the data. A tire pressure calibration method and a tire pressure indirect measurement and calculation method are combined together, the user experience of the tire pressure monitoring system is optimized, the environmental influence and the limitation of operations such as tire replacement on the tire pressure monitoring system are reduced, the dynamic coefficient does not need to be calculated again, the operation is convenient, the tire pressure calibration precision is high, and the consistency is good; the automatic calibration process does not need manual participation, so that the error occurrence rate is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, meanwhile, whether the tire is in good condition or not is detected before calibration, dangerous accidents in the subsequent calibration process are avoided, and the safety of a driver is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种间接式轮胎气压监测及校准方法,利用胎压监测系统读取车辆配置参数,在轮胎充气时,获取实时数据,进入校准模式并计算相关系数,选定参考胎压换算警戒胎压,之后退出校准并存储数据。本发明将胎压校准方法和胎压间接测算方法结合到一起,优化了胎压监测系统的用户体验,减轻了环境影响及更换轮胎等操作对胎压监测系统的限制,不必重新计算动态系数,操作便捷,胎压校准精度高,一致性好,自动校准过程不用工人参与,不仅降低了错误发生率,还提高了工作效率,同时在校准前对轮胎进行检测是否完好,避免了在后续的校准过程中发生危险事故,有利于保证驾驶员安全。
