The invention provides an indirect tire pressure monitoring device which comprises a wheel speed sensor arranged on each wheel and used for detecting the wheel speed and a control part electrically connected with the wheel speed sensor. The control unit determines a pressure reduction determination index on the basis of the wheel speed detected by the wheel speed sensor, determines a steering compensation amount for steering compensation of the pressure reduction determination index, compensates the pressure reduction determination index on the basis of the steering compensation amount, and determines whether or not the pressure of the tire is reduced on the basis of the compensated pressure reduction determination index.
