The invention relates to the technical field of ship thrust bearings, in particular to a damping thrust bearing device and a ship with the damping thrust bearing device, the damping thrust bearing device is used for buffering vibration of a transmission shaft in the transmission process, the damping thrust bearing device comprises two bearing bodies, a thrust disc is integrally formed on the transmission shaft, and the two bearing bodies are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the thrust disc. Each bearing body is correspondingly provided with a shock absorber; the damper comprises a stop plate fixedly connected with the carrier, a push plate integrally formed with a seat piece of the bearing body, and a plurality of axial liquid damping bags; the stop plate and the push plate are made of the same material as the seat sheet; the push plate and the stop plate are arranged on the transmission shaft in a sleeving mode and are sequentially arranged in the direction gradually away from the thrust disc. And a plurality of axial liquid damping bags are uniformly clamped between the stop plate and the push plate. Even if one or several axial liquid damping bags are damaged, the rest axial liquid damping bags can still play a good role in damping and buffering.

    本发明涉及船舶推力轴承技术领域,尤其为减振推力轴承装置及具有其的船舶,用于缓冲传动轴在传动过程中的振动,包括两个轴承本体,传动轴上一体成型有推力盘,两个轴承本体对称设置在推力盘的两端,各轴承本体均对应设置有减振器;减振器包括与载体固定连接的挡止板、与轴承本体的座片一体成型的推板以及若干轴向液体减振囊;挡止板和推板的材质皆与座片的材质相同;推板和挡止板均套设在传动轴上,且推板和挡止板沿着逐渐远离推力盘的方向依次设置;若干轴向液体减振囊均匀夹设在挡止板和推板之间。本发明即使某一个或某几个轴向液体减振囊出现破损,余下的轴向液体减振囊仍然可以起到很好的减振缓冲作用。
