The invention relates to the technical field of ship shafting vibration control and energy capture, in particular to a ship thrust bearing-shafting longitudinal vibration reduction and energy capture device. Longitudinal vibration control and vibration energy collection are combined, and the device is arranged in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction of a ship shafting respectively; a coil is wound at the front end of a metal push rod of the vibration reduction device, no matter whether the vibration reduction device is in the active control process or not, the coil wound on the metal push rod cuts magnetic induction lines located on the outer side of a thrust bearing and between two permanent magnets arranged on the outer side of a ship shafting in a sleeving mode, and the coil converts vibration energy into electric energy. The electric energy is stored in a storage battery positioned on the inner side of the permanent magnet through a wire; the longitudinal vibration reduction device controls the flow in a hydraulic loop through a hydraulic controller, the advantages of being large in vibration reduction range and good in control effect of an active control method are utilized, vibration energy can be effectively recycled while longitudinal vibration is resisted, and the purposes of saving energy, protecting the environment and reusing energy are achieved.

    本发明涉及船舶轴系振动控制及能量俘获技术领域,具体涉及一种船舶推力轴承‑轴系纵向减振与俘能装置。本发明将纵向振动控制与振动能量收集相结合,装置分别沿船舶轴系水平和垂直的方向上布置;在减振装置的金属推杆前端缠绕有线圈,减振装置无论是否在主动控制过程中,金属推杆上缠绕的线圈均在切割位于推力轴承外侧和套装在船舶轴系外侧的两个永磁体间的磁感线,线圈将振动能量转换为电能,通过导线存储于位于永磁体内侧的蓄电池中;纵向减振装置通过液压控制器控制液压回路中的流量,利用主动控制方法减振范围大,控制效果好的优点,在抵制纵向振动的同时,能够实现将振动能量做到有效回收,达到节能环保,能源再利用的目的。
