The invention provides an electromagnetic vibration reduction thrust bearing for shafting longitudinal vibration control. The electromagnetic vibration reduction thrust bearing comprises a shaft body, a longitudinal electromagnetic support, an electromagnetic chuck, a thrust bearing, a thrust disc and a base; the shaft body is rotatably arranged in the base in a penetrating manner, the longitudinal electromagnetic support is fixedly connected to the base, the electromagnetic chuck is fixedly connected to the shaft body, and the electromagnetic chuck is attracted by the longitudinal electromagnetic support; the thrust bearing is fixedly connected to the base, the thrust disc is fixedly connected to the shaft body, and the thrust disc is rotatably arranged in the thrust bearing; and the shaft body, the longitudinal electromagnetic support, the electromagnetic chuck, the thrust bearing and the thrust disc are installed in a centering manner. According to the electromagnetic vibration reduction thrust bearing, the longitudinal position of a shaft system is adjusted through static electromagnetic force, and vibration generated by contact of the thrust disc and a thrust pad is avoided; and longitudinal vibration transmission of the shaft system is controlled through dynamic electromagnetic force, so that transmission of longitudinal excitation of a propeller to a ship body through the thrust bearing can be effectively restrained.

    本发明提供了一种用于轴系纵向振动控制的电磁减振推力支承,包括:轴体,纵向电磁支承、电磁吸盘、推力轴承、推力盘以及基座;所述轴体转动穿设在基座中,所述纵向电磁支承与基座固定连接,所述电磁吸盘与轴体固定连接,且电磁吸盘被纵向电磁支承所吸引,所述推力轴承与基座固定连接,所述推力盘与轴体固定连接,且推力盘转动设置在推力轴承中;所述轴体、纵向电磁支承、电磁吸盘、推力轴承以及推力盘对中安装。本发明通过静态电磁力调整轴系纵向位置,避免了推力盘与推力瓦块接触产生的振动;通过动态电磁力控制轴系纵向振动传递,可有效抑制螺旋桨纵向激励经推力轴承向船体的传递。
