The invention discloses a road traffic event analysis method, system and device and a medium, and relates to the field of road traffic recognition. The method comprises the following steps: decoding and coding a current monitoring video to obtain a target video picture; calibrating the target video picture to obtain a calibrated video picture; performing preliminary analysis on the calibrated video picture to obtain a preliminary analysis result; determining state change data according to the preliminary analysis result; counting traffic flow to determine high and flat peak time periods of a road traffic site; performing preliminary detection on each frame scene according to detection parameters corresponding to predetermined high and flat peak time periods to obtain a preliminary detection result; a congestion event in the preliminary detection result is eliminated; tracking the target, determining the motion state characteristics, obtaining a final detection result, and reporting the final detection result; the scale of the traffic accident event triggered in the detection result and the statistical result are used for adjusting the detection parameters corresponding to the high and flat peak time periods. According to the invention, the detection accuracy of the road traffic event can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种道路交通事件分析方法、系统、设备及介质,涉及道路交通识别领域。该方法包括:对当前监控视频解码编码得到目标视频画面;对目标视频画面标定得到标定后的视频画面;对标定后的视频画面初步分析,得到初步分析结果;根据初步分析结果确定状态变化数据;统计交通流量确定道路交通现场的高、平峰时间段;根据预先确定的高、平峰时间段对应的检测参数对各个帧场景进行初步检测得到初步检测结果;排除初步检测结果中的拥堵事件;对目标进行跟踪,确定运动状态特征,从而得到最终的检测结果并上报;检测结果中触发的交通事故事件的规模和上述统计结果用于调整高、平峰时间段对应的检测参数。本发明能提高道路交通事件的检测准确度。
