The invention relates to a bridge bored pile reinforcement cage hoisting converter and a using method thereof, a square frame body comprises two stand column structures, and each stand column structure comprises two steel pipe stand columns and a first connecting system between the steel pipe stand columns; the steel pipe stand columns of the two stand column structures are connected through a second connecting system. The second connecting system comprises two horizontal rods which are arranged up and down and an inclined rod between the horizontal rods; the longitudinal driving mechanism comprises a counter-force seat arranged on the top surface of the distribution beam, a longitudinal jack and a polytetrafluoroethylene plate slideway, one end of the longitudinal jack is connected with the counter-force seat, and the other end of the longitudinal jack drives the cross beam to longitudinally move on the distribution beam; the transverse driving mechanism comprises a counter-force base arranged on the top face of the horizontal rod on the lower portion, a transverse jack and a polytetrafluoroethylene plate sliding way, one end of the transverse jack is connected with the counter-force base, and the other end of the transverse jack drives the longitudinal beam to transversely move on the second connecting system. The problems that floating crane or gantry crane resources need to be occupied for a long time and the construction cost is high in the prior art are solved.
