The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcement cage hoisting device which comprises a hoisting top frame, a middle hoisting assembly arranged in the middle of the hoisting top frame and side wing supporting assemblies arranged on the side edges of the hoisting top frame. The middle-position hoisting assembly comprises a supporting hoisting end installed at the center line position of the hoisting top frame, an unfolding support installed on the supporting hoisting end, a plurality of hoisting supporting pieces installed on the unfolding support and hoisting hoops installed at the bottom ends of the hoisting supporting pieces. The hanging coupling is externally hooped at the top end of the reinforcement cage; the side wing supporting assembly comprises a side wing frame plate installed on the hoisting top frame, an adjusting module installed on the side wing frame plate, an inner extending driver arranged on the adjusting module and an abutting assembly installed on the inner extending driver. On the basis that the top end of the reinforcement cage is subjected to uniform traction force, the periphery of the top of the reinforcement cage is supported, so that the hoisting stability of the reinforcement cage is ensured.
