The invention relates to a man-machine game transverse and longitudinal cooperative control method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, establishing models of a driver and a controller under the condition of information asymmetry; 2, designing a man-machine game transverse and longitudinal cooperative control strategy; step 3, theoretically deriving an optimal control strategy of a man-machine party when the game equilibrium is achieved, wherein the optimal control strategy comprises an optimal control strategy of a driver and an optimal control strategy of a controller; step 4, realizing transverse and longitudinal cooperative control of the man-machine game; the method aims to vivid a man-machine co-driving model, reduce man-machine conflicts and improve man-machine cooperation performance, and therefore transverse and longitudinal man-machine cooperation control is achieved.
