The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic hybrid braking system and a vehicle. The system comprises a main control module, a first electronic hydraulic module, a second electronic hydraulic module, a pressure buildup isolation valve, a first electronic mechanical braking module and a second electronic mechanical braking module. Each electronic hydraulic module comprises an electronic hydraulic controller, a pressure building piston and a brake cylinder body; each pressure building piston and a cylinder arm of each brake cylinder body form a cavity; the first flow channel of each cavity is connected with each cavity pressure building loop; each electronic hydraulic controller drives each pressure building piston to build pressure in each cavity; the hydraulic loop where the pressure buildup isolation valve is located is communicated with two pressure buildup loops; each electronic mechanical braking module comprises an electronic mechanical controller and an electronic mechanical braking unit; each electronic mechanical controller drives each electronic mechanical braking unit to generate braking torque; the main control module is connected with each controller and is used for sending different driving instructions to each controller according to required torque distribution; the main control module is further connected with the pressure buildup isolation valve and used for outputting a control instruction to the pressure buildup isolation valve when any hydraulic controller fails.

    本发明公开一种电液混合制动系统及车辆。该系统包括:主控模块、第一、二电子液压模块、建压隔离阀、第一、二电子机械制动模块;各电子液压模块均包括电子液压控制器、建压活塞及制动缸体;各建压活塞与各制动缸体的缸臂形成各腔体;各腔体的第一流道连接各腔建压回路;各电子液压控制器驱动各建压活塞以在各腔体内建压;建压隔离阀所在液压回路连通两建压回路;各电子机械制动模块均包括电子机械控制器及电子机械制动单元;各电子机械控制器驱动各电子机械制动单元产生制动扭矩;主控模块与各控制器连接,用于根据需求扭矩分配向各控制器发送不同驱动指令;主控模块还与建压隔离阀连接,用于当任一液压控制器失效时输出控制指令至建压隔离阀。
