    本发明公开了一种石墨润滑材料、无铅铜基受电弓滑板及其制备方法,属于轨道交通车辆配件领域。包括基材和石墨条;基材包括铜基板材,形成于所述铜基板材上、且垂直于其运动方向上的多个长条形凹槽;石墨条包括铜箔层和设置在所述铜箔层内的石墨基粉末,所述铜箔层和石墨基粉末通过压制、烧结形成一体件。本发明通过铜箔包裹石墨基粉末,压制、烧结形成石墨条一体件,使得石墨条具有更好的结构强度,可以加工形成具有较高长宽比的石墨条,并垂直于其运动方向设置,这不仅可以形成的连续的润滑面,进而提高润滑效果,而且由于减少了石墨条的数量较多,进而降低装配工艺的难度。
