A method for making a pantograph slide plate comprises the following steps of winding a graphene alloy film on a rod core of the pantograph slide plate until a designed external dimension is reached; fixing the pantograph slide plate, on which the graphene alloy film is wound, on an internal forming mold; and under the protections of a vacuum condition and a carrier gas, carrying out hot pressing composite molding on the pantograph slide plate, on which the graphene alloy film is wound, under a condition with temperature of 500-1200 DEG C and pressure of 30-400 MPa. According to the invention, the pantograph slide plate made by using the method has the overall characteristics of high durability, high strength, high corrosion resistance, high heat radiation and electrical conductivity and can be applied to high-speed locomotives with speeds of 350-600 km per hour or other similar electrical guide ways.
