The invention relates to the field of special operation vehicles, and discloses a motor speed regulation power takeoff method and a power takeoff. The power take-off method comprises the steps that an outer gear ring of a planetary gear is connected with a motor, a sun gear of the planetary gear is connected with a first rotating shaft, and a planet carrier of the planetary gear is connected with a second rotating shaft; the motor is started to adjust the rotating speed of the outer gear ring, so that the rotating speed of the first rotating shaft is synchronous with that of the output shaft of the gearbox; the coupling mechanism is started, the first rotating shaft is combined with the output shaft of the gearbox, and the second rotating shaft outputs power to operation equipment connected with the second rotating shaft; the rotating speed of the motor is adjusted, so that the planetary gear transmits power of the gearbox at different transmission ratios. The power takeoff comprises a planetary gear, a motor, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft and a coupling mechanism, and by the adoption of the power takeoff method, power is takeoff from the output shaft of the gearbox and drives operation equipment to work. The power takeoff device is used for solving the power takeoff problem of vehicle-mounted operation equipment, and the effect of flexible power takeoff from the gearbox at any time at multiple rotating speeds is achieved.
