The invention discloses a crane power takeoff and a power takeoff control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of crane power takeoff. A crane power takeoff control method comprises the following steps of motor control, position control, load sensing and control, safety protection, remote control and monitoring and fault diagnosis and maintenance. A crane power takeoff comprises a power takeoff body, a lubricating mechanism is installed on the top face of the power takeoff body, a discharging mechanism is installed in the power takeoff body, and two reinforcing mechanisms are installed below the power takeoff body. According to the power takeoff, lubricating oil can be injected into a bearing part, a gear transmission part, a sliding connector and a pin shaft in the power takeoff body by arranging the lubricating mechanism, and the lubricating oil can be more uniformly smeared when being injected into a gear transmission assembly by matching with the discharging mechanism, so that the lubricating oil injection effect is better, and the service life of the power takeoff is prolonged. And meanwhile, the power takeoff body can be reinforced according to the reinforcing mechanism, so that the stability of the device can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机取力器及其取力器控制方法,涉及起重机取力器技术领域;一种起重机取力器控制方法,包括以下步骤:电动机控制、位置控制、负载感知和控制、安全保护、远程控制和监测、故障诊断和维护;一种起重机取力器,包括取力器本体,取力器本体顶面安装设有润滑机构,取力器本体内安装有下料机构,取力器本体下方安装有两个加固机构;本发明中通过设置润滑机构可以对取力器本体内部的轴承部位、齿轮传动部位和滑动接头和销轴加注润滑油,并配合下料机构,可以使得其在对齿轮传动组件加注润滑油时,更加均匀地涂抹,使其加注润滑油效果更好,同时根据加固机构可以对取力器本体起到加固的作用,进而可以提高装置的稳定性。
