The invention provides a control system, method and device of hoisting equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the field of engineering machinery control, the system comprises multiple input devices, each input device is configured to be input with a working condition code; the controller is configured to judge whether the multiple working condition codes input through the multiple input devices correspond to the same working condition or not; under the condition that the judgment result is yes, the hoisting equipment is controlled to operate based on the working condition parameters corresponding to the same working condition; and under the condition that the judgment result is no, the hoisting equipment is controlled not to run.
