Brackets are fixed to the lower portion of the supporting face and are vertically arranged plates, the brackets are arranged in a staggered mode in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the cabin, the tops of the brackets are in an arc shape and welded to the outer surface of the supporting face, and the bottoms of the brackets are welded to the cabin. And each group of rotation stopping blocks consists of a first rotation stopping block and a second rotation stopping block.
