The invention provides a vehicle position signal acquisition method and device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a rotary transformer signal output by a rotary transformer carried by a vehicle; counting an error count value of the rotary transformer signal; judging whether the error count value is greater than a preset first calibration count value or not; when the error count value is greater than the first calibration count value, determining that the vehicle position signal generation strategy is an amplitude correction strategy; and performing amplitude correction processing on the rotary transformer signal based on an amplitude correction strategy to obtain a vehicle position signal. Visibly, the method and the device can improve the acquisition robustness of the vehicle position signal, and effectively prevent the risk that the rotary transformer outputs the rotary transformer signal to be abnormal, thereby providing more stable and safer driving experience for a user.
