The invention provides a rear suspension structure capable of adjusting the torsion amount of a cross beam and the displacement amount of a trailing arm. The pair of left and right hub racks (14a, 14b) have: a front arm section (30) that extends in the vehicle width direction and in the vehicle inner direction compared to the axle (A) of the rear wheel; and a rear arm section (32) which extends further toward the rear of the vehicle than the front arm section (30), and which is provided with a first coupling part which is a pair of left and right third bushings (26a, 26b) for coupling the vehicle rear end (25) of trailing arms (12a, 12b) extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle to a transverse beam (16), the transverse beam (16) having: a left beam (17a) which extends inward in the vehicle width direction from a hub carrier (14a) disposed on the left side of the vehicle; a right beam (17b) extending inward in the vehicle width direction from a hub carrier (14b) disposed on the right side of the vehicle; and a pair of left and right second coupling parts that couple the left beam (17a) and the right beam (17b) to each other in a displaceable manner.
