The invention discloses a signal device and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the signal device comprises a base and a signal antenna, the base is provided with the signal antenna, the signal antenna is used for transmitting and receiving control signals, a communication assembly is arranged outside the signal antenna, the communication assembly comprises a plurality of communication antennas and a plurality of anti-interference antennas, and the communication antennas are connected with the anti-interference antennas. The communication assembly adjusts the strength of transmission signals by adjusting the access number and shape of the communication antennas and the anti-interference antennas. On the basis of an original signal antenna, the number of accessed anti-interference antennas and communication antennas can be increased through deformation of the communication assembly, the anti-interference antennas are increased and prolonged to adapt to complex electronic interference, and the receiving strength and range of communication signals are improved by increasing and prolonging the communication antennas; moreover, the communication assembly can adjust the deformation between the communication antenna and the anti-interference antenna so as to achieve the optimal shape for receiving communication signals, and guarantees that the communication antenna and the anti-interference antenna adapt to a complex electromagnetic environment.
