The invention relates to a monitoring method for bridge safety real-time evaluation under a vehicle congestion condition, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring running vehicle information through a video snapshot system mounted on a bridge floor, and establishing a vehicle congestion model to judge the congestion state of a vehicle. When the bridge floor is judged to be congested, on one hand, vehicle information at the congested moment is input into a bridge finite element model by combining a vehicle dynamic weighing system to calculate theoretical deflection and a strain value; and on the other hand, the dynamic deflection and dynamic strain value of the bridge at the congestion moment is obtained based on the bridge monitoring equipment. And comparing the deflection and strain values calculated by the model with actual monitoring values, and if the monitoring values exceed theoretical calculation values, determining that the bridge has potential damage. According to the invention, bridge floor congestion condition real-time pushing and bridge structure potential damage real-time early warning are finally realized.

    本发明涉及一种车辆拥堵状况下桥梁安全实时评估的监测方法,通过桥面安装的视频抓拍系统获取行驶车辆信息,建立车辆拥堵模型判断车辆的拥堵状态。当判定桥面发生拥堵时,一方面,结合车辆动态称重系统,将拥堵时刻的车辆信息输入到桥梁有限元模型中计算理论挠度和应变值;另一方面,基于桥梁监测设备对拥堵时刻的桥梁动挠度动应变值进行获取。将模型计算的挠度和应变值与实际监测值进行对比,若监测值超出理论计算值则认为桥梁出现潜在损伤。本发明最终实现桥面拥堵状况实时推送和桥梁结构潜在损伤即时预警。
