The underground pipeline lifting device comprises a conveying mechanism, two lifting mechanisms are arranged on one side of the upper surface of the conveying mechanism in parallel, a storage mechanism is further arranged at the position, corresponding to the two lifting mechanisms, of the upper surface of the conveying mechanism, and a to-be-lifted pipeline is stored in the storage mechanism; a pipeline discharging port is formed in the side, close to the lifting mechanism, of the storage mechanism, pipeline bearing mechanisms are arranged on the side, close to the pipeline discharging port, of the lifting mechanism, and the two pipeline bearing mechanisms are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of the pipeline discharging port correspondingly. According to the underground pipeline lifting device, the problems that in the prior art, the installation speed is low and the number of construction operators is large due to the fact that manual chain block or manual segmented lifting is adopted are solved. The invention further discloses an underground pipeline lifting method.
本发明公开了一种井下管道提升装置,包括运输机构,运输机构的上表面一侧并列设置有两个提升机构,运输机构的上表面对应两个提升机构的位置处还设置有储存机构,储存机构内储存待提升的管道,储存机构靠近提升机构的一侧设置有管道出料口,提升机构靠近管道出料口的一侧设置有管道承装机构,两个管道承装机构分别对应在管道出料口的两侧。本发明的井下管道提升装置解决了现有技术中存在的利用人工倒链或者人工分段抬升安装速度慢以及施工操作人员多的问题。本发明还公开了一种井下管道提升方法。
