The invention belongs to the technical field of underground equipment, and particularly discloses an underground lifting device which comprises a box body, a lifting assembly, resistance increasing assemblies, a linkage assembly and a spraying assembly, and the resistance increasing assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the box body; the resistance increasing assembly comprises a resistance plate, an electric push rod and an abutting plate; electric push rods are fixedly arranged at the upper end and the lower end in the cavity of the box body; movable rods of the two electric push rods are fixedly arranged on the resistance plate; two groups of abutting plates are arranged on two sides of the box body; two linkage assemblies are arranged in the box body and control the two abutting plates to rotate at the same time. A spraying assembly is arranged at the upper end of the lifting assembly. Through the arrangement of the resistance increasing assembly, when a tension sensor detects that a steel rope on the box body is broken, an electric push rod is controlled to enable a resistance plate to be in frictional contact with a well wall, the descending speed of the box body is slowed down, so that rapid descending of the box body is effectively reduced, and the box body stops descending through the spraying assembly; and personal and article safety is ensured.
