The invention discloses an offshore large reinforcement cage turnover hoisting construction method. The method comprises the following steps: checking and confirming a hoisting point of a reinforcement cage; the reinforcement cage is provided with a plurality of stiffening rings in the axial direction, the lifting points comprise four upper lifting points and two lower lifting points, the upper lifting points are located on the stiffening ring at the uppermost end of the reinforcement cage, and the lower lifting points are located on the two stiffening rings at the lowermost end of the reinforcement cage; hoisting the reinforcement cage; a special lifting appliance is matched with the first crawler crane and the second crawler crane to lift the reinforcement cage at the same time, and the upper end of the special lifting appliance is connected with a lifting hook of the first crawler crane; a lifting hook of the first crawler crane is kept still, a lifting hook of the second crawler crane is lowered till the reinforcement cage is vertical, and after the first crawler crane is completely stressed, the lifting hook of the second crawler crane is removed; the reinforcement cage is subjected to vertical positioning and plane positioning; and the reinforcement cage is lowered into the steel casing hole. According to the turnover hoisting construction method for the large offshore reinforcement cage, the large offshore reinforcement cage can be smoothly hoisted and lowered into a steel casing hole in a drilling pile position.

    本发明公开一种海上大型钢筋笼翻身吊装施工方法,包括以下步骤:检查并确认钢筋笼的吊点;钢筋笼在轴向上设有多处加劲环,吊点包括四个上吊点和两个下吊点,上吊点位于钢筋笼最上端的一处加劲环上,下吊点位于钢筋笼最下端的两处加劲环上;起吊钢筋笼;采用专用吊具配合第一履带吊和第二履带吊同时将钢筋笼起吊,专用吊具的上端与第一履带吊的吊钩相连;第一履带吊的吊钩保持不动,第二履带吊的吊钩下放,直至钢筋笼竖直,完全由第一履带吊受力后,摘除第二履带吊的吊钩;对钢筋笼进行竖向定位和平面定位;将钢筋笼下放至钢护筒孔内。本说明书所提供的海上大型钢筋笼翻身吊装施工方法,能顺利将海上大型钢筋笼吊装下放至钻孔桩位的钢护筒孔内。
