The invention provides a hoisting construction method of a large reinforcement cage, which comprises the following steps: S1, establishing a diaphragm wall reinforcement cage model according to a design drawing to obtain the gravity center position of the reinforcement cage; s2, calculating the arrangement position of a lifting point according to a bending moment balance law; s3, the main crane and the auxiliary crane are moved to the hoisting position, and shackles of hoisting points of the reinforcement cage are installed according to the calculation result; s4, steel reinforcement cage trial hoisting; s5, the main crane lifts a hook, and the reinforcement cage is converted into an inclined state; s6, the main crane slowly hooks, the reinforcement cage is converted into a state perpendicular to the ground, and the auxiliary crane loosens the hook; according to the method, the optimal arrangement position of longitudinal and transverse lifting points is calculated by utilizing the principle that the bending moment is minimum in deformation when the positive and negative bending moments are equal according to the bending moment balance law, and then double-machine lifting, air straightening, main lifting and overall lowering are performed on the underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage according to the arrangement position of the longitudinal and transverse lifting points, so that the lifting construction of the underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage is completed. The hoisting is safer and more stable, and the construction risk is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种大型钢筋笼的吊装施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、根据设计图纸建立地连墙钢筋笼模型,得出钢筋笼重心位置;S2、根据弯矩平衡定律计算吊点布置位置;S3、将主副吊机移动至起吊位置,并根据计算结果安装钢筋笼吊点的卸扣;S4、钢筋笼试吊;S5、主吊机起钩,将钢筋笼转化为倾斜状态;S6、主吊机缓慢起钩,将钢筋笼待钢筋笼转化为垂直于地面状态,副吊机松钩;本发明通过利用弯矩平衡定律,正负弯矩相等时所受弯矩变形最小的原理计算得出纵横向吊点布置最佳位置,然后再根据纵横向吊点布置位置对地连墙钢筋笼进行双机抬吊、空中回直、主吊吊运和整体下放,完成地连墙钢筋笼的吊装施工,使吊装更加安全稳定,降低了施工风险。
