The invention discloses a rolling reverse screw transmission mechanism, and relates to the technical field of mechanical transmission. Comprising a linear motion unit which comprises a linear motion limiting part and a pushing rod arranged on the linear motion limiting part; the transmission unit comprises a retainer arranged on the pushing rod in a sleeving manner and a ball which is arranged on the retainer and is in rolling connection with the pushing rod; and the rotary motion unit comprises a rotary motion limiting part which is arranged on the retainer in a sleeving manner and is correspondingly clamped with the balls. According to the mechanism, the transmission unit is arranged, rolling friction connection between the linear motion unit and the rotary motion unit is formed through the retainer and the balls, the rolling screw pair is adopted, and due to the fact that the contact face between the linear motion unit and the rotary motion unit is in rolling friction, compared with sliding friction, force is smaller, and transmission efficiency is high; due to the small rolling friction coefficient, friction heat is reduced, and the problem of contact ablation of an existing reverse screw transmission mechanism is solved.

    本发明公开了一种滚动逆螺旋传动机构,涉及机械传动的技术领域。包括直线运动单元,包括直线运动限位部,以及设置于直线运动限位部上的推进杆;传动单元,包括套设于推进杆上的保持架,以及设置于保持架上,且与推进杆滚动连接的滚珠;旋转运动单元,包括套设于保持架上,且与滚珠对应卡接的旋转运动限位部。该机构通过设置传动单元,利用保持架和滚珠形成了直线运动单元和旋转运动单元之间的滚动摩擦连接,采用了滚动螺旋副,因直线运动单元和旋转运动单元之间接触面是滚动摩擦,所以相对于滑动摩擦力更小且传动效率高,小滚动摩擦系数减少了摩擦热量,解决了现有的逆螺旋传动机构的接触烧蚀问题。
