    本发明涉及调整装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种轧机压下丝杆吊装调整装置及使用方法。其主要针对使用倒链吊装调整作业时,对于丝杆的垂直度很难做到精调,需要反复多次进行调整,以达到施工的垂直,造成压下设备吊装更换作业时间长,更换效率低,投入人力较多的问题,提出如下技术方案:包括:压下丝杆;用于在所述压下丝杆吊起后便于调整垂直度的吊装组件,所述吊装组件安装于压下丝杆的顶部;所述压下丝杆的下方安装有压下螺母,所述压下丝杆与吊装组件皆需安装于轧机中进行配合使用。本发明设计的简单实用,可以实现快速、方便对施工实现垂直度的调整,从而使施工效率极大提高,便于推广。
