According to the method, traffic scenes are divided into three basic scenes including crossroads, pedestrian crosswalks and multiple lanes, and other scenes can be combined and expanded on the basis; determining an obstacle type and a corresponding collision evaluation index according to the basic scene; possible collision risks, collision areas and collision time are quantified and evaluated through obstacle information, own vehicle information and environment state information, so that safe driving decisions are given based on scenes to avoid traffic accidents.
