The invention provides a control method and device for an electronic outside rear-view mirror, electronic equipment and a storage medium, the control method and device are applied to an electronic outside rear-view mirror system, the electronic outside rear-view mirror system comprises a camera shooting part, a display part and an electronic outside rear-view mirror controller, and the method comprises the steps that a wake-up signal of a vehicle is obtained; waking up the electronic outside rear-view mirror controller based on the wakeup signal; a state signal of the vehicle is obtained, and the state signal comprises a power state switching signal; under the condition that the power state switching signal is switched from IG-OFF to IG-ON, the camera shooting component and the display component are controlled to be started; and under the condition that the power state switching signal is switched from IG-ON to IG-OFF, after the camera shooting part and the display part are controlled to continuously run for a preset time, the display part and the camera shooting part are sequentially closed. When the power state switching signal is switched from IG-ON to IG-OFF, the camera shooting component and the display component can be controlled to run for preset time so as to realize quick starting, and the display component and the camera shooting component can be gradually closed after the preset time so as to save the electric quantity of the storage battery.
