A shell structure for an electronic outside rear-view mirror comprises an outer shell, an inner shell, an inner shell and a rear-view mirror body, and the outer shell is installed on the surface of a vehicle body; the shell comprises an upper shell, a side shell and a lower shell; every two of the upper shell, the side shell and the lower shell are buckled; a cavity is formed in the shell; the framework is mounted in the cavity; a plurality of screw holes are formed in the framework, and the framework is in bolted connection with the upper shell, the side shell and the lower shell through the screw holes; and a buffer area exists between the framework and the side shell. The upper shell, the side shell and the lower shell are buckled pairwise, so that connection parts can be prevented from being rusted, and the connection stability is improved; the framework is additionally arranged, the deformation resistance strength of the electronic outside rear-view mirror can be improved through the framework, and all accessories in the shell can be protected when the shell is impacted.
