The invention provides a variable-voltage electric vehicle battery pack, a battery control system and a reverse power supply method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle battery protection and quick battery charging. The positive electrode and the negative electrode of each battery unit are connected through MOSFETs, and the BMS module is connected with the ECU and the battery matrix control unit. According to the voltage connected to the charging pile, the on-off of the MOSFET can be directly controlled through the battery matrix control unit, so that the batteries are controlled to be connected into the system in parallel or in series, and the electromotive force of the battery pack is flexibly changed to adapt to different battery charging piles. When the battery pack needs to be used for outputting, the on-off of the MOSFETs can also be directly controlled through the battery matrix control unit, so that the series-parallel connection of the battery units is changed, and the output voltage of the battery pack is changed. In addition, when the temperature of the battery is abnormal, the battery matrix control unit is controlled by the BMS to disconnect the battery in time, and the battery is prevented from danger.

    本发明提供了一种可变压的电动汽车电池包、电池控制系统及其反向供电方法,涉及电动汽车电池保护和电池快速充电技术领域。每个电池单元的正负极均由MOSFET连接,BMS模块与ECU和电池矩阵控制单元连接。本发明可以根据所接入充电桩的电压,通过电池矩阵控制单元直接控制MOSFET的通断,以控制电池并联或串联接入系统内,灵活的改变电池包的电动势使适配不同的电池充电桩。当需要用电池包进行输出时,同样可以通过电池矩阵控制单元直接控制MOSFET的通断,进而改变电池单元的串并联,改变电池包的输出电压。此外本发明还可当电池温度异常时,及时通过BMS控制电池矩阵控制单元进行电池的断开,防止电池发生危险。
