The invention provides a BDU, a battery pack, a power supply device and an electric vehicle, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle power supply. The BDU comprises a first shell, a cut-off circuit packaged in the first shell, and a high-voltage adapter connector, a low-voltage adapter connector, a first high-voltage interface and a first low-voltage interface which are installed onthe first shell, wherein the first shell and a second shell of the battery pack are independently packaged; the high-voltage adapter connector and the low-voltage adapter connector are in pluggable connection with a second high-voltage interface and a second low-voltage interface of the battery pack; the cut-off circuit comprises a low-voltage control circuit and a high-voltage power supply circuit; one end of the low-voltage control circuit is connected with the low-voltage adapter connector, and the other end is connected with the first low-voltage interface; one end of the high-voltage power supply circuit is connected with the high-voltage adapter connector, and the other end is connected with the first high-voltage interface; and after the low-voltage control circuit receives a cut-off instruction, the power supply access of the high-voltage power supply circuit is cut off, the problem that an existing BDU is inconvenient to maintain and replace is solved, and the stability of the battery pack is improved.

    本发明提供了一种BDU单元、电池包、供电装置和电动汽车,涉及电动车供电技术领域,包括:第一外壳,封装于第一外壳内的切断电路,安装在第一外壳上的高压转接插件、低压转接插件、第一高压接口以及第一低压接口;第一外壳与电池包的第二外壳独立封装;高压转接插件以及低压转接插件与电池包的第二高压接口以及第二低压接口可插拔连接;切断电路包括低压控制电路和高压供电电路;低压控制电路的一端连接低压转接插件,另一端连接第一低压接口;高压供电电路的一端连接高压转接插件,另一端连接第一高压接口;低压控制电路在接收到切断指令后,断开高压供电电路的供电通路,缓解了现有BDU不便于维修、更换的问题,提高了电池包的稳定性。
