The invention discloses a helicopter wheel brake control system and method, and belongs to the technical field of helicopter wheel brake control. The control system comprises a brake control box, a brake instruction sensor, a high-speed switch valve, an airplane wheel parking pressure retaining valve and a brake pressure sensor, the brake instruction sensor, the high-speed switch valve, the airplane wheel parking pressure retaining valve and the brake pressure sensor are electrically connected with the brake control box, and the brake control box collects instruction signals through the brake instruction sensor and collects brake pressure signals through a brake port pressure sensor. A normal brake signal and a parking signal are output through the high-speed switch valve and the airplane wheel parking pressure retaining valve; an oil inlet and an oil return port of the high-speed switch valve are connected with the energy assembly through a pipeline, and a brake port of the high-speed switch valve connects the airplane wheel parking pressure retaining valve with the brake sensor through the change-over valve; an oil inlet of the airplane wheel shutdown pressure retaining valve is connected with the energy assembly through a pipeline, and a brake port of the airplane wheel shutdown pressure retaining valve is connected with the brake sensor through the change-over valve. According to the invention, the helicopter can be stably and reliably braked after landing, and the reliability and the safety of an airplane wheel braking system are improved.

    本发明一种直升机机轮刹车控制系统及方法,属于直升飞机机轮刹车控制技术领域;所述控制系统包括刹车控制盒及与其通过电气连接的刹车指令传感器、高速开关阀、机轮停放保压阀、刹车压力传感器,所述刹车控制盒通过刹车指令传感器采集指令信号、通过刹车口压力传感器采集刹车压力信号,通过高速开关阀、机轮停放保压阀输出正常刹车信号、停放信号;所述高速开关阀的进油口、回油口通过管路与能源组件联接,其刹车口通过转换阀将机轮停放保压阀与刹车传感器联接;所述机轮停机保压阀的进油口通过管路与能源组件联接,其刹车口通过转换阀与刹车传感器联接。本发明提高了直升机在着陆后能稳定可靠的刹停飞机,及飞机机轮刹车系统的可靠性和安全性。
