The invention relates to a helicopter rotor brake hydraulic system. The hydraulic system is composed of a hydraulic power source subsystem, a control unit, a pollution isolation unit, a redundancy module and a load. The hydraulic power source subsystem outputs high-pressure hydraulic energy, the pressure state is controlled through the control unit, the high-pressure hydraulic energy is conveyed to an inlet of the pollution isolation unit, the pollution isolation unit transmits pressure to the redundancy module, and the redundancy module responds to a control instruction sent by a cockpit to achieve connection and disconnection of a pressure-to-load transmission oil way. Double insurance design is achieved on a rotor wing brake pressure supply oil way, and the situation that hydraulic pressure in the air enters a rotor wing brake device to cause uncommanded rotor wing brake is avoided; a buffer device is designed in the system, so that hydraulic pressure impact during rotor braking is avoided; and the pollution isolation device is arranged to carry out pollution key isolation on the rotor brake device, so that the pollution control capability of the hydraulic system is improved. When the helicopter is parked for a long time, the static brake pressure of the rotor of the helicopter can be maintained in a manual mode.

    本发明涉及一种直升机旋翼刹车液压系统,所述液压系统由液压动力源子系统、控制单元、污染隔离单元、余度模块、负载;所述液压动力源子系统输出高压液压能源,通过控制单元控制压力状态,输送至污染隔离单元入口,污染隔离单元将压力传递至余度模块,所述余度模块响应驾驶舱发出的控制指令实现压力向负载传输油路的通断。本发明在旋翼刹车供压油路上具有双重保险设计,避免在空中液压压力进入旋翼刹车装置引起非指令性旋翼刹车;系统中设计有缓冲装置,避免旋翼刹车时液压压力冲击;设置污染隔离装置,对旋翼刹车装置进行污染重点隔离,提高液压系统污染控制能力。在直升机长时间停放时,可通过手动方式实现直升机旋翼静刹车压力的保持。
